Change password

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen.

Select Reset your password
from the Thomson Reuters Account or Onvio Center sign-in screen.

Enter your email address and select Send link
.

Go to your email Inbox and find the Password reset request
email.

Select the link to complete the password change.

Enter your new password twice, then select Change password
.

Password requirements

Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:

minimum of 8 characters in length

must contain three of the four following character types:

lower case (a-z)

upper case (A-Z)

numbers (0-9)

special characters (!@#$%^&*)

no easily guessed words or phrases
