Check registration for client center

After inviting a client to register for Onvio Client Center, you can check whether they’ve registered and resend the email invitation if necessary.

Select

Setup
Clients

.

Select Edit
in the Actions column next to the client's name in the table of clients.

Select the Client Center Access
tab.

The client's name and registration status are shown. Make sure that the Client Center is switched on.

Select the Show Details
link. The client's email address and the date when the email invitation was sent are shown.

Select the Yes
link if you want to resend the email invitation.
