Merge a contact into a client
Contacts can be converted to a client while retaining any information attached to the contact. Once a contact is merged into a client, you can add projects to the client.
Before you start
Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has
Clients
enabled.Convert a contact
- In Onvio Center selectSetup, thenClients.
- SelectAdd.
- Enter anID.
- ChooseSelect Existing Contact.
- Choose the contact that you want to upgrade to a client.
- SelectSave. This will pull the contact's information into the client.
- Make changes and selectSave. The type of contact will change from standalone to client.
