Daily digest notification

What is a Daily Digest notification?
You can now set up a Daily Digest, a Document notification email for your firm and clients. The email will be sent by Onvio approximately 5 am local time and will contain a summary of all documents uploaded by either clients or staff from the previous day. This feature aims to reduce the number of notification emails sent and help manage notifications.
Setting up Daily Digest
To set up Daily Digest notification, select
Setup
, then
Onvio Settings
, select
Notifications
. You will see the
Client Notifications
 screen.
Styling
 tab: You can customize the email sender name and email. For staff, the daily digest email will be sent to the firm's registered email address. To include additional staff on the daily digest emails, you can add their email address in the cc and bcc lines.
Wording
 tab: There are 2 Document templates that can be customized with Digest Subject, Digest Header, Body, and Digest Footer fields. You can choose to customize the template or use the default template by selecting
Restore Default
.
Client Adds Files template
: Under the
Notification Frequency
, switch on
Daily Digest
. This will send emails to the firm with client Document uploads.
Staff or Client Adds Files
 template: Under the
Notification Frequency
, turn on
Daily Digest
. This will send emails to clients with firm Document uploads.
