Delete a contact

Before you begin

Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Contacts enabled.

Once you delete a contact, it can't be retrieved.

You can only delete a contact if there are no items in the Onvio Center referencing the contact.

When you delete a contact, their relationships will be deleted with other contacts and clients.

Select Setup
, then All Contacts
in Onvio Center.

Select the Contacts to delete.

Select Delete
, then select Delete
again to verify.

If you receive an error while trying to delete a contact, the contact still has items referencing them in Onvio Center such as:

A document request

A document approval

A relationship to a client
