Edit permission groups

Before you begin

  • You need to be logged in as a staff member with administrative permissions to edit permission groups.
  • You can't edit the
    Administrative Permissions
    and
    All Functionality and Non-confidential Data
    default groups, but you can add or remove members.

Edit permission groups

  1. Select
    Setup
    and then
    Permission groups
    In Onvio Center.
  2. Mark the checkbox next to the permission group you'd like to edit.
  3. Select
    Edit
    .
  4. Select
    Next
    to visit each page to make changes. You can edit the permission group name, description, features and functions, data access, and group members.
  5. Select
    Done
    to finish.

    Staff members need to sign out and sign in again to see changes to their permissions.
