Activity categories

Activity categories let you group similar activities together on reports and invoices.

Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Activities
enabled.

Select Setup
, then Activity Categories
.

Select Add
.

Enter an ID
and Name
for the activity category.

Enter an invoice description if you would like a different name to appear on your client's invoice.

Select Save
when you're finished.

When you add an activity, select the activity category to group activities together to display on reports and invoices.

Select Setup
, then Activity Categories
.

Select the activity category, then select Edit
.

Make changes and select Save
.

Select Setup
, then Activity Categories
.

Select the activity category, then select Delete
.

Select Delete
to verify.
