Set up service templates

Service templates let you specify default information, such as rates, surcharges, and assigned staff, that makes it easy to quickly add services for clients without duplicating data entry.
If you plan to use service categories to group similar types of work, you'll need to set those up before completing the following steps.
  1. Select
    Setup
    Service Templates
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    .
  3. Enter an
    ID
    and name for the template.
  4. Fill out the rest of the fields on the page, and then select
    Save
    .
Mark the
Is default for new clients
checkbox to make this the default service for any new clients you add.
