Create and use standard text templates

You can create standard text templates and use them to insert text in several different Time and Billing fields.
  1. Select
    Setup
    Standard Text
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    , then enter an ID and your text and save your changes.
  3. Add the saved text to the following fields:
    • Time and Expenses
      Daily Entry
      tab:
      Comment
      and
      Biller Note
      fields
    • Billing
      Selection tab
      Detail Bill
      Summary
      tab:
      Invoice Notes
      field
    • Receipts and Adjustments
      Entry
      tab:
      Comments
      field
  4. Select the button next to the field to insert saved text.
  5. Select a text template, then save your changes.
