Update users email address or generate a temporary password

Administrators can update an email address or generate temporary passwords for staff and client users directly within Onvio.

This feature is available to staff who are in the
Administrative Permissions
group or who have
Everything
selected for
Onvio Setup
permissions.
To update an email addresses, or generate temporary passwords, access the appropriate screen and follow the on-screen instructions:
  • For Staff:
    1. Go to
      Setup
      and select
      Staff
      .
    2. Select the staff member you want to update.
    3. Select
      Edit
      and select the
      Onvio Access
      tab.
  • For Clients:
    1. Go to
      Setup
      and select
      Clients
      .
    2. Select the client you want to update.
    3. Select
      Edit
      and select the
      Client Center Access
      tab.
