Administrators can update email addresses, generate temporary passwords, and set up email as a 2-factor authentication (2FA) method for staff and client users directly within Onvio.

This feature is available to staff who are in the
Administrative Permissions
group or who have Everything
selected for Onvio Setup
permissions.Onvio gives you greater control over user access management. You can update email addresses, generate temporary passwords, and set up email as a 2FA method within a 1-hour window for staff and client users. To get started, access the proper screen and follow the on-screen instructions:
- For staff:
- Go toSetupand selectStaff.
- Select the staff member you want to update.
- SelectEditand select theOnvio Accesstab.
- For clients:
- Go toSetupand selectClients.
- Select the client you want to update.
- SelectEditand select theClient Center Accesstab.
