View Onvio Client Center from a client's perspective

From Onvio, you can view the Onvio Client Center from the perspective of a client or contact, which lets you to verify and update information.

The Client Center View
permission needs to be enabled for you in the

Permission Groups

screen before you can use this feature.

Select

Setup
Clients

to view Client Center from a client's perspective or

Setup
All Contacts

to view Client Center from a contact's perspective.

Select the edit icon for the client or contact whose perspective you want to view Client Center from.

Select the Client Center Access
tab.

If you're in the

Clients

screen, select Show Details
, then the View Client Center as
link; or if you're in the

Contacts

screen, select the View Client Center as
link.

When you've finished viewing Client Center as the client or contact, select Done
to close the Client Center view.
