Add and edit accounts in the trial balance

In Onvio Trial Balance, open the project and select the Trial Balance
tab.

Select Add
.

Enter an account number and description, then assign account grouping codes and subcodes.

note

Each account must have a unique account number.

Select Save & Close
, or Save & Add New
to continue adding accounts.

In Onvio Trial Balance, open the project and select the Trial Balance
tab.

Mark the checkbox for the account you want to edit in the Trial Balance grid.

Select Edit
.

Update the account information.

Select Save & Close
