Add and assign multiple units

In Onvio Trial Balance, you can add units to subcodes then assign those units to accounts.

Go to the Groupings
tab.

Select the correct tax schedule (for example, 1040: Individual
).

Select the list to expand it. Find the subcode you want to split into units.

Select the subcode, then select Edit
.

In the

Edit

window:

Use the up and down arrows to select how many units you need.

Make sure the units show in the list that follows it.

Select Save
.

Make sure that the units show under the selected subcode.

Go to the Trial Balance
tab.

Find the account you want to assign.

In the Unit
column, select the correct unit from the dropdown.

Repeat this for all accounts that need a unit.
