Add and delete signoffs

You can track the status of workpapers in the
Binder
tab by adding or deleting signoffs for each workpaper as the status of assignments change during a project.
  1. Open your project and select the
    Binder
    tab.
  2. Mark the checkboxes next to workpapers without existing signoffs in the
    Preparer
    and/or
    Reviewer
    columns, then select
    Add Signoff
    . Choose
    Preparer
    or
    Reviewer
    to apply those signoffs to the selected workpapers.
  3. Mark the checkboxes next to workpapers with existing signoffs that you want to delete, then select
    Delete Signoff
    . Choose
    Preparer
    or
    Reviewer
    to remove the selected items.
note
You can only delete signoffs applied to workpapers by your staff ID.
