Update data in Excel workpapers via the Onvio Office add-in

You can use the update feature via the
Insert Variable
panel to replace existing account data with new account data for the current contact.
Use the following steps to update account data in a new column.
  1. Open a Microsoft Excel workpaper that you've downloaded from the
    Binders
    tab in Onvio Trial Balance via Onvio Link.
  2. Select the Variable variable button in the Onvio Office add-in ribbon.
  3. Select and copy data from 1 column and paste it into a new column.
  4. Select new variables for the contact from the
    Insert Variable
    panel.
  5. Select the
    Update
    button to replace the existing data in the column with the new data.
