LogMeIn Rescue remote support tool

LogMeIn Rescue is the tool our Onvio experts use to connect remotely with customers and view their screen.
To join a LogMeIn Rescue session:
  1. Enter the PIN given to you by the expert.

  2. Select
    Start Download
    . This is not an installation, but a one-time file that lets the remote session open on your computer.

  3. Run the download file,
    Support-LogMeInRescue.exe
    .
  4. Go to the end of the Terms & Conditions.

  5. Select
    Accept
    .
  6. If you receive a message that
    User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on this PC
    , select
    OK
    .

  7. If you receive a message asking
    Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
    select
    Yes
    .

  8. Once the session begins, you'll see a
    Thomson Reuters
    session window.

    OK
    to grant permission for the expert to view your screen.

  10. If you want to end the session, close the
    Thomson Reuters
    session window.
