LogMeIn Rescue remote support tool

LogMeIn Rescue is the tool our Onvio experts use to connect remotely with customers and view their screen.

To join a LogMeIn Rescue session:

Enter the PIN given to you by the expert.

Select Join session
. This is not an installation, but a one-time file that lets the remote session open on your computer.

note

If there's no pop-up and and the download starts automatically, you may need to open your Downloads folder and run the file from there.

Run the download file,

Support-LogMeInRescue.exe

.

Go to the end of the Terms & Conditions.

Select Accept
.

If you receive a message that

User Account Control (UAC) is enabled on this PC

, select OK
.

If you receive a message asking

Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

select Yes
.

Once the session begins, you'll see a

Thomson Reuters

session window.

Select OK
to grant permission for the expert to view your screen.

If you want to end the session, close the

Thomson Reuters

session window.
