Resolve certificate detection issues

If the program can't find the certificate, take the following steps to solve this issue.
  1. Ensure the card is correctly inserted in the card reader.
  2. Verify that
    BankID Säkerhetsprogram
    is installed and functioning properly.
  3. Check that the card reader is installed and operational. Observe whether a diode on the card reader lights up or blinks when the card is inserted.
  4. If you have completed all the previous steps, restart your computer with the card and card reader connected.
