Manage user for leave of absence

If another user needs to be accommodated, there is a way to make some changes in Pagero by deleting/disabling the user who takes leave of absence and add the substitute.
  1. Deactivate the user taking leave in the Pagero payment portal.
  2. Go to
    Signatures
    and select
    Approved user
    to deactivate the user for signing in during their leave of absence.
  3. If necessary, delete the user in Pagero Online due to user license limitations.
    1. Select
      Settings
      , then
      Users
      , and choose
      View Users
      .
    2. Select the user by their name, view the list, and select
      Delete
      . Add the substitute.
