Case view

The case view is where all communication between you and Pagero Support takes place.

The case view displays all messages and updates from the support representative handling your case. To reply or provide additional information, add a comment or a post.
By default, the most recent update appears at the top of the conversation. You can also:
  • Change the order of the case feed.
  • Select
    Search this feed
    to find specific messages quickly.
  • Select
    Upload Files
    to attach screenshots or example files to your case.
To find more details about your case, open the
Details
tab. This tab includes additional information useful for referencing your case or following up with support.
