Link account

If you manage multiple companies, you can move an active case to a different company account using the Link Account function.

Before you can use the
Link Account
function, Pagero Support needs to turn it on for your accounts. Contact Pagero Support to have this functionality set up.
By default, all new cases are created under your main account — the account you used when you first registered in the
Case Management Dashboard (CMD)
.
  1. Open the case and select the
    Feed
    tab.
  2. Select
    Link Account
    .
  3. Enter the account number you want to move the case to, then select
    Next
    .
  4. Review the account name displayed and, if it is correct, select
    Next
    .
  5. Confirm the case has been moved by checking for the message “Case updated successfully.”
The case is moved to the selected account.
