Create account for Help & Support

Fill in details under Create an account
After submitting the required to create the account. You will get a verification code in your email.
After entering the verification code and clicking
Create account
the account will be created and you should get this message.
Now you will need to go the for Pagero. Select your product, and on the contact us section at the bottom of the page, select the option
Sign in to view your cases
.
For the next step enter your company account number (customer number), which can be found on your invoice or in Pagero Online, and then click
Create user
If an incorrect account number (customer number) is submitted you will get this message.
When a correct account number is used you will get a message indicating the account is registered.
Now you can go back to Help &Support Page, choose your product and open the case management dashboard
