Unit field in the invoice
When you create an invoice, the
Unit
field has to be filled up with a freetext unit of measure
and should have a short acronym.As an example:
- PCS: For pieces
- LT: For liters
- ML: For milliliters
- MTR: For meters
- KG: For kilos
- CM: For centimeters
- UNIT: If you don't know what to enter
- H: For hours
- Or any other measure of value not listed earlier
important
Don't write anything else than a short unit of measure, there is a maximum character length that might cause an invoice rejection on the recipient's side.
