Different user types in Pagero Online
Pagero Online offers different levels of user rights. These types can be divided in three parts: Normal user, Administrator and Company Group Administrator. If you are not sure which user type you have, the easiest way to find out is to look if you have access to your company's settings. If you can't access and edit other users in your company, you are a normal user. If you don't have access to Company Group Settings, you are not Company Group Administrator.
  • Normal user
has the lowest rights and therefore can't make any company-wide changes to settings. Usually normal users have access only to sent & received documents, as well as basic analytics if that service has been activated to the company.
  • Administrator
can access and edit singular company's settings and userbase. All official requests for changes to Pagero Support must come from Administrators. Most of the articles in Support Center are aimed at Administrators. Administrators are responsible for creating new user accounts.
  • Company Group Administrator
has the same rights as an Administrator, but for multiple companies at once. This means that if your company is part of an enterprise group, Company Group Administrators are responsible for managing the userbase of multiple companies. You can read more about Company Groups here.
