Shipment tracking troubleshooting

Common questions

Can't find a shipment in the list?
Update the shipment in TMS after creation. Only updated shipments appear in tracking.
Dates look inconsistent?
Check both the event date (when it happened) and status received (when we received it). Late transmissions can make the status receive newer than the event date.
No actual times?
ATD and ATA fields populate only after we receive the corresponding departure or arrival events from the carrier.
Shows delayed but no delay note?
A shipment flags as
Delayed
automatically if it's past ETA and hasn't delivered yet.
How does delivery get marked?
We mark delivery by arrival or by proof of delivery, depending on what the carrier sends. If the shipment shows arrived without delivered, check the event list for a proof of delivery update later.
