Field descriptions for the transport shipment tracking page.
Header information
The header displays the following information:
- TS reference
- Transport leg identifier you're tracking
- LSP
- Carrier or logistics service provider
- Status
- Current leg state (Not started,Started,Delivered,Delayed)
- Estimated delivery
- Planned delivery date and time for the leg's destination
- Ship-from / Ship-to
- Origin and destination for the leg
- Last updated / Last location
- Most recent event's timestamp and place
Customer shipments section
Customer shipments connected to this transport leg display the following information:
- CS reference
- Linked customer shipment
- Weight and Volume
- Totals attached to the CS
- Sales order number / Purchase order number
- Customer references when provided
- Unit count
- Number of packages or units
- Ship-from / Ship-to
- CS origin and destination
- Information
- Opens additional details
Event list section
Same structure as on the CS page: date, event code, event, location, reason code, message, and status received.
