Manage customer numbers for a carrier

Add, edit, and delete customer numbers assigned to a carrier in
Carrier
settings.
  1. Select
    Add
    to create a customer number.
    It appears in the table with its activation date.
  2. Select a customer number to do any of the following:
    1. Edit the description, then select
      Save
      .
    2. Delete via the three-dots menu if needed.
      note
      Deleting removes it from the interface immediately. Configuration, including audit log, is retained for 30 days and is restored automatically if you re-add the number within that period.
  3. Export the table to CSV or Excel as needed.
  4. Show or hide columns to focus on what you need.
