Cancel or restore a shipment

You can cancel a released shipment in Pagero. If you cancel a shipment by mistake, you can restore it by contacting support.
important
Canceling a shipment is not reversible on your end. If you need to restore a canceled shipment, contact support with the shipment number and shipment date.
  1. Go to
    Prepare
    Transport Shipment
    .
  2. Search for the shipment you want in the
    Transport shipment
     field.
  3. Select
    Cancel Shipment
    .
The shipment is now canceled.
