Edit a shipment

There may be times when you need to edit a shipment after you release it.
  1. Go to
    Prepare
    then
    Transport Shipment
    and search for your shipment.
  2. Select
    Update Shipment
    . There will be fields you can edit.
  3. Make your changes then select
    Save
    .
    A confirmation message should show to indicate you saved the changes.

To review your changes or prior updates, select
Prepare

Shipment events
. On this page, you can view the following:
  • Changes other users made, including timestamps and the user who made each change.
  • The change history and the exact time you created the shipment.
  • How and when the shipment was routed.
  • When you released the shipment.
  • Whether you connected a new customer shipment.
