Download price lists

Downloading existing price list values is useful for backing up your data, reviewing current settings, or as a template for new uploads.
Key concepts
  • Price List Values
    : Specific data points (for example, country, zip area, rates) that define how your price list is applied.
  • Tab-Delimited (.txt) File
    : The required format for both uploading and downloading price list values. This format uses tabs to separate columns of data.
  1. From the main
    Price lists
     view, select or search for the specific price list you want to manage.
  2. Select the price list entry to open its details page.
  3. Find the
    Manage values
     section and select the
    Manage values
     dropdown.
  4. From the dropdown, select
    Download values
    .
  5. Your browser will prompt you to save a TXT. Select a location on your computer and save the file.
