Copy a plan

Use the following steps to create a new plan based on an existing plan. This helps save time if the new plan's data is similar to the plan you are copying.
  1. Open the plan you want to copy.
  2. Choose
    File
    , then
    Save As
     to open the
    Save As
     window.
  3. Enter an ID for the new plan in the
    New Plan ID
     field.
  4. To save the new plan in a different path than the path listed in the
    New Plan Path
     field, select the
    Browse
     button, go to the location, and then select
    OK
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    . Planner CS opens the new plan so that you can begin enter or editing data.
