Rearrange alternatives

Use the following steps to change the order in which alternatives are displayed in the main data-entry window.
  1. Choose
    View
    ,
    Hide/Rearrange
    ,
    Hide/Rearrange More
     to open the
    Hide/Rearrange Alternatives
     window.
  2. Select the
    Alternatives
     option in the View group box.
  3. The
    Alternatives to View
     pane lists all alternatives displayed in the main data-entry window for the open plan. The top-to-bottom order in which the alternatives are displayed in this pane indicates the left-to-right order in which the alternatives are displayed in the main data-entry window.
    To change the order, select an alternative and use the up and down arrows to move the alternative to a new location or select and drag an alternative up or down in the list.
  4. Select
    OK
     when you are finished rearranging alternatives.
