View plans by year or alternative

Use the following steps to change the way your plan is organized.
  • Choose
    View
    , then
    By Alternative
     or select the
    View by Alternative
     button to change the main data-entry window so that the open plan's information is organized first by alternative and then by the years within each alternative.
  • Choose
    View
    , then
    By Year
     or select the
    View by Year
     button to change the main data-entry window so that the open plan's information is organized first by year and then by the alternatives within each year.
