- If you have a Planner CS icon on your desktop, right-click it and chooseDelete.
- Go to X:\WinCSI\UTP\Desktop\MSI, where X is the mapped drive or network location where Planner CS is installed.
- Right-click thePlannerDialogSetup.msifile.
- Choose Uninstall.noteIf there is an error during the uninstall, use the MS fixit tool to uninstall PlannerDialogSetup.msi.
- Go to X:\WinCSI\UTP\Desktop\MSI.
- Right-click the PlannerDialogSetup.msi file.
- SelectInstall.
- When the installation is finished, go to X:\WinCSI\UTP\Desktop.
- Right-clickSetup.exeand selectRun as Administrator.
- When the desktop setup is finished, open Planner CS.
