Custom Alternatives/Years to Print window

Use this window to select which years or alternatives should be included in the reports and graphs selected for the current print session and to arrange the order in which they are displayed.
note
The title of the window and the names of the list panes depend on which view option you have selected in the
View
 area.
  • If you select
    Alternatives
    , the window will control which alternatives appear and the order in which they appear.
  • If you select
    Years
    , the window will control which years appear and the order in which they appear.
To open this window, select the
Custom
 option in the
Print Reports
 window, then
Select columns
.

Fields & buttons

Years or Alternatives in Plan
This list displays the years or alternatives contained within the open plan. To include a year or alternative in the report, highlight it and click the Select button to move it to the
Years/Alternatives to Print
 pane.
note
The years or alternatives in the plan that are already included appear in gray text in this pane.
Years or Alternatives to Print
This list displays the years or alternatives that are selected for printing. To exclude a year or alternative, highlight it and select
Clear
 to move it to the
Years/Alternatives in Plan
 pane.
Down arrow
The order that the years or alternatives appear in the
Years/Alternatives to Print
 pane is the order in which they’ll be displayed in the reports. To move an item down in the list, highlight it and select this button.
Up arrow
The order that the years or alternatives appear in the
Years/Alternatives to Print
 pane is the order in which they’ll be displayed in the reports. To move an item up in the list, highlight it and select this button.

View area

View options
Depending on which option you have selected, the title of the window and the contents of the lists may vary.
  • If you select the
    Alternatives
     option, you can include or exclude alternatives in the selected reports and graphs.
  • If you select the
    Years
     option, you can include or exclude years in the selected reports and graphs.
