Select Version to Restore window

Use the Select Version to Restore window to select the version of the previously selected plan that you want to restore.
To open this window, choose
FIle
Restore
From FileCabinet CS
. Select the plan and select
Continue
.

Versions available
This field displays the number of versions of the selected plan that can be restored from FileCabinet CS.
tip
To limit the number of versions of a plan that are backed up in FileCabinet CS, select
Tools
, then
FileCabinet CS Options
 and select the number of backups from the
Retain a maximum of x backups per plan
 dropdown list.
Versions available list
This list shows the different versions of the selected plan that were backed up into FileCabinet CS. Mark the checkbox next to the version you want to restore. The plan versions are labeled according to the date and time of the backup and include any comment that was manually added when the plan was closed. The description also includes the username (if on a network) of the person who used Planner CS to back up the plan.
note
If you are working on a standalone computer, the description will include the name of the computer rather than the username.
Restore button
Select this button to restore the selected plan version from FileCabinet CS into Planner CS.
