Rearrange columns in Planner CS

Use the following steps to change the order in which columns (or years) are displayed in the main data-entry window.
note
To reverse the order in which years are listed, choose
View
,
Hide/Rearrange
, then
Reverse Order of Years
.
  1. Choose
    View
    ,
    Hide/Rearrange
    , then
    Hide/Rearrange More
     to open the
    Hide/Rearrange Years
     window.
  2. Select the
    Years
     option in the View group box.
  3. The Years to View pane lists all years displayed in the main data-entry window for the open plan. The top-to-bottom order in which the years are displayed in this pane indicates the left-to-right order in which the years are displayed in the main data-entry window.
  4. To change the order, select a year and use the up and down arrows to move it to a new location or select and drag a year up or down in the list.
  5. Select
    OK
     when you are finished rearranging years.
