Print plan comments while printing reports

There are 2 ways you can print plan comments.
  1. To print plan comments every time a specific preparer prints reports using
    Auto Select
    , go to
    Entering or modifying preparer information and preferences
    .
  2. To select plan comments to print on a print job-by-job basis, select
    File
    Print Reports
    Print Selection
     then mark the
    Plan Comments
     checkbox.
  3. Select
    Print
    .
