Change the print orientation of reports

Do the following to change the print orientation of reports.

Change the print orientation of the current report set

  1. Select
    File
    Print Reports
     to open the
    Print Reports
     screen.
  2. Select
    Printer
    . The
    Print Setup
     screen opens.
  3. To have the current report set print in landscape orientation, select
    Landscape
     in the Orientation group box.
  4. To have the current report set print in portrait orientation, select
    Portrait
     in the Orientation group box.
    note
    This change affects only the current report set.

Change the default print orientation to landscape or portrait

  1. Select
    Reports
    Report Layout
    .
  2. In the Available Layouts list, select the layout you want to modify then select
    Edit
    . (You can also add a new layout.)
  3. Select the
    Page Layout
     tab then select
    Landscape
     or
    Portrait
    .
  4. Select
    Enter
     to save the changes to the report layout.
  5. Select
    Close
     to close the
    Layout Designer
     window.
