Design custom graphs

Do the following to design custom graphs displaying plan data:
  1. Select
    Reports
    Define Graphs
    to open the
    Define Graphs
    screen.
  2. Select
    Add
    . The
    Graph Types
    screen opens.
  3. Select the type of graph you want to create.
  4. To display the graph as a 3-dimensional image, mark the
    3D
    checkbox.
  5. Select
    OK
    to close the
    Graph Type
    screen.
  6. In the
    Define Graphs
    screen, enter a name for the new graph in the
    Name
    field that follows the Available Graphs pane.
  7. Select
    Data Source
    to open the
    Define Source
    screen, select the data variables you want to display in the graph, then select
    Close
    . The variable you selected will appear in the Graph variable pane.

    Graph variables appear in the graph in the order they're listed in the pane. You can reorder the variables by selecting a variable in the Graph variables pane and selecting the up or down arrow to move the variable to the desired location.
  8. Use the options in the Graph Properties group box to modify the graph's dimensions, color, borders, rotation, and more.

    The available options vary depending on the type of graph you selected. To change the type of graph, select
    Graph Types
    then select a different graph style.
  9. Select
    Enter
    to save the new graph.
  10. Select
    Close
    to close the
    Define Graphs
    screen.

    To print this graph, select it from the
    Graphs
    tab in the
    Print Selection
    screen. (To open the
    Print Selection
    screen, select
    Print Selection
    in the
    Print Reports
    screen.)
