Exclude rows from printing on standard reports

You can exclude specific rows from printing in all standard reports for the current preparer without creating a custom report. Do 1 of the following:
  • In the
    Main data-entry
     window, select the row you want to exclude from reports and select
    Edit
    Toggle Row Printing
    .
  • In the
    Main data-entry
     window, right-select a row and select
    Toggle Row Printing
     from the dropdown.
When a row is excluded, the exclude symbol appears next to the field name to indicate that the row won’t be included in any standard report printed by the current preparer.
note
  • Repeat the steps again if you want to include a row that was excluded.
  • You can also create a report layout that suppresses the printing of empty rows by unmarking the
    Print empty rows
     checkbox in the
    Row
     tab in the
    Reports Layout
     screen.
