Preview a client letter using the client letter writer

You can preview client letters in the client letter writer that are saved as RTF files.

note

You can't preview client letters saved as DOC.

When a plan is open, select

Reports
Client Letters-.RTF

.

In the

Custom Letter

window, open an existing client letter or create a new client letter.

Select

File
Preview

to preview the letter.

When you're finished previewing the letter, select the close icon

to close the preview window.
