Preview reports

  1. When a plan is open, select
    File
    Print Reports
    .
  2. Select your print options in the
    Print Reports
     screen.
  3. Select
    Preview
    .
  4. Use the options on the
    Report Preview
     screen to preview the report pages. Some of the fields include the following:
    • Layout
      : Select a layout to change the appearance of all pages in the report. Pages will print as they appear in the
      Report Preview
       screen.
      note
      The Tax Projection layout is optimized to print the Tax Projection Report. However, you can select any layout to print any report.
    • Page
      : Select a report to view that page.
      tip
      • If you included the Allocations Detail statement in the options you selected in the previous step, the statement will be listed at the bottom of the list of pages.
      • If you included plan comments in the options you selected in the previous step, the comments will appear on the last page of the report.
  5. When you're finished previewing reports, select 1 of the following:
    • Print all pages
    • Print the current page
    • Close the Report Preview screen without printing
    note
    If you included plan comments in the options you selected in step 2, the comments will show in a 2nd
    Report Preview
     screen after you select
    Close
