Print allocations detail statements

If you use the
Allocation
window to allocate amounts between a taxpayer, spouse, and/or states, or to list multiple items for a single field, you can do the following steps to print a statement detailing the allocated information.
  1. Open the desired plan.
  2. Select
    File
    Print Reports
    .
  3. In the
    Print Reports
    screen, select
    Print Selection
    .
  4. In the
    Print Selection
    screen, mark the
    Allocations detail
    checkbox then select
    OK
    .
  5. Select
    Print
    .

To change the default behavior for printing allocations detail statements on a preparer-by-preparer basis.
