Print field notes while printing reports

  1. Select
    File
    Print Reports
    Layouts
     to open the
    Layout Designer
     screen.
    note
    To open the
    Layout Designer
     screen while you aren't in the process of printing reports, select
    Reports
    Report Layouts
    .
  2. In the Available Layouts list, select the layout you want to modify or add a new layout.
  3. Select the
    Field Notes
     tab and select a print option from the
    Field notes
     dropdown.
  4. Select
    Enter
     to save the changes to the report layout.
  5. Select
    Close
     to close the
    Layout Designer
     screen.
  6. When printing reports, select the layout you just modified from the
    Report Layout
     dropdown in the
    Print Reports
     screen.
