Print plan listing reports

Plan listing reports summarize various details about your plans, including your clients' contact information, the plans assigned to each preparer, the location and accessibility of plan data, and more.
  1. If a plan is open, close the plan.
  2. Select
    Reports
    Print Plan Listings
    .
  3. In the
    Plan Listing Reports
    screen, select 1 or more plans to include in the report. To do so, select an available plan and select
    Select
    .
    note
    By default, the list of available plans includes plans assigned to all preparers. To limit the list to plans assigned to a specific preparer, select a preparer from the
    Show plans assigned to
    dropdown.
  4. In the Reports group box, select the type of report you want to create, and select a category to sort the information in the report.
    • Client Contact
      . This report includes:
      • plan ID
      • taxpayer and spouse names
      • client mailing address
      • client phone number
      • client date of birth
      • optional: the assigned preparer or plan data location is also included if the corresponding category is selected in the
        Sort
        field
    • Plan Information
      . This report includes:
      • plan ID
      • taxpayer and spouse names
      • plan period (years)
      • plan description
      • assigned preparer
      • date modified
      • optional: the plan data location or plan keyword is also included if the corresponding category is selected in the
        Sort
        field
    • Plan Location
      . This report includes:
      • plan ID
      • taxpayer name
      • plan data location
      • plan data accessibility (that is, whether the plan is accessible in the last known location)
      • assigned preparer
  5. To change the destination or the appearance of the printed report, use the options in the Destination and Options group boxes.
  6. Select
    Print
