Select data for a graph

Do the following to select the data you want to display in your graph:
  1. From the
    Define Graphs
     screen, select
    Data Source
     to open the
    Define Source
     screen.
  2. In the Module pane, select the module that contains the data you want to use.
  3. The Buttons / Tabs pane lists all of the buttons and tabs contained in the plan. Select the button name, then select the tab name that contains the variables you want to include in the graph. Each variable represents a field in the
    Main data-entry
     window.
    • To add a variable to the graph, select the variable in the Available Rows pane and select
      Select
      .
    • To remove a variable contained in the graph, select the variable in the Selected Rows pane and select
      Clear
      .
  4. To reorder the variables displayed in the Selected Graph Variables pane, select the variable and use the up and down arrows to move it to the desired location.
  5. Select
    Close
     to save your changes and close the
    Define Source
     screen.
