What's changed
Standard deduction
For tax years 2025 and later, the standard deduction amount is no longer subject to the phaseout for low-income taxpayers.
Pension exclusion
The maximum pension exclusion amount is $41,200 for tax year 2025.
Child and dependent care credit
The nonrefundable child and dependent care credit calculation is updated for tax year 2025.
Poverty level credit
The poverty level credit calculation is updated for tax year 2025.
Anne Arundel local income tax
The Anne Arundel County income tax rate schedules are updated for tax year 2025.
