Planner CS Oregon version 2025.1.1 release on 12/18/25

This user bulletin describes changes made to this release of Planner CS® Oregon.

What’s changed

State and Local Tax (SALT) limit
For tax years 2025 through 2029, Oregon is conforming to the federal increase in the State and Local Tax (SALT) limit from $10,000 to $40,000 allowed under the OBBBA. Refer to the
Limited taxes paid
 field on the Deductions > Deductions 1 tab for this change.

What’s fixed

Oregon PTE-E credit
The Oregon Pass-Through Entity Elective (PTE-E) tax credit is now correctly listed in the refundable credits section on the Credits tab.
