What's changed

Itemized deductions
The income thresholds for the phaseout of itemized deductions are updated for tax years 2024 and 2025.
Earned income tax credit
For tax years 2025 and 2026, the Virginia refundable earned income tax credit is increased from 15% to 20% of the federal EITC.
